Super clean. Big rooms (family of 5). Lots of shopping/restaurants right outside the entrance. Free breakfast was delicious and hot. Fresh cookies anytime available for free at the front desk. Just a great, easy going hotel. Will stay again and wpuld recommend!

We were only there for one night and everyone from the front desk manager to the bartender was super helpful, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Washer and dryer weren’t working. I saw a sign during breakfast that non gluten products are available upon request and I asked for it and the lady completely ignored me and never came back… not alot of choices for breakfast

We actually had a couple problems with the room upon checking in- but they were solved immediately. (Didn’t have a tv remote) but the front desk employee was great at the time. I loved the hotel, breakfast, and the area surrounding. Easy parking, would easily stay again. We asked to have an extra hour due to our family member passing and having a lot to sort out but she straight out said no and nothing else. Thought that was pretty rude. That was my only issue.

This is a great property with clean rooms and a great breakfast. Room was clean but common areas/bathrooms not as clean as my last stay. No paper towels in lobby mens room for entire morning.

The staff was great I was barley there 12 hours when an emergency at home so I needed to get home they where great about helping me get reimbursed for second night

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was modern, clean and had a nice walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and included several choices.

Was treated very poorly upon checking in with my family. There were multiple other families there being treated rudely. The manager had a very bad attitude, I really wish I could leave a good review, I HATE leaving bad ones. For the price I would highly suggest another hotel in the area. We were checked in late and the manager was anything but apologetic. She seemed to be having a bad day and was more than happy to pass that along to ourselves and several other guests.

I like the property and I like the staff! Jackie, Mara and Donna at the Plymouth Fairfield Marriott make a big difference with their hospitality and welcoming attitude. I enjoy the FREE Breakfast too!

Great modern hotel
Great stay, really friendly staff. Nice clean modern room with everything you need. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Only disappointed that the fire pit was off, would have been a nice spot for a nightcap. It’s a little out of Plymouth but only $15 in an UBER so all good!

We had a great stay here. We did have a problem with our door shutting/locking but they switched rooms right away for us. We will definitely return to this hotel when we go back!

Not good value for money - paid over $300 per night for room with two beds - housekeeping only on demand but not informed of that on check in - breakfast buffet offerings very good/hotel clean but no service provided.
