Excellent Service

The hotel is located 15 kilometers from the entrance two of Plitvice Lakes Park, and it takes 15 minutes to drive there. The hotel is family-run. When we arrived at the hotel, the owner and her daughter greeted us with a smile, warmly entertained us, and helped us carry our luggage to the rooms. Thank you very much. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the house is clean, the room is clean, and the breakfast is rich although it is charged. Anna introduced us to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants, which was very good. The next day, she also took the initiative to drive us to Plitvice Lakes Park entrance two, which was very grateful. During the period, because two friends were unable to go to Plitvice Lakes Park and stayed in the hotel, Anna's mother would often ask us kindly if we needed anything, which made us feel at home during this stay.

Excellent Service!!!

The hotel staff provided excellent service and we highly recommend others to stay in this hostel. 1) dinner was very delicious 2) the staff is very cheerful, helpful and efficient 3) the boss was so kind that he drove us to and back from the Plitvice Lake. In addition, he did not mind to drove us to the bus stop station for our next destination. We hihgly recommend this excellent service to others.

Very nice owners. There was a misunderstanding with our booking. They happily accommodated us after the first night to fix the misunderstanding. Able to wash clothes for additional fee. WiFi worked well.

Kindness woman and daughter

When we(five man) arrived at Pension Perisic on 20:00, two females welcomed us. Just after that, we went to restaurant near the Pension, I forgot my mobile phone in the Restaurant. Restaurant master call to Pension just after that. When we return to Pension, two females tell us "Do not you forget mobile phone in the restaurant". Oh, it's me. So Mrs. Perisic bring me to the Restaurant, she said in the car that I am working as a casher in the restaurant from noon to PM18. When Mrs. Perisic and I return to the Pension, three of us were enjoying and drinking beer with her daughter, she do not drink beer because she is 17. One of us had slipped and broken his leg in the old city Kotor, so he was in bed. After that, four of us and two females had enjoyed nighttime to finish washing machine for our clothes.

Good service for the money

Overall the stay was good, place is kept nice and clean.It is close to entrance 2 of Plitvice Park. The hotel is not really equipped to handle breakfast, the owners make an effort though. I am a coffee lover so the instant coffee that was served was a let down.

Great Place Close to Plitvice

Wonderful from beginning to end! The location is beautiful, breakfast (extra cost) was tasty, and my daughter was delighted to find a playground in the yard! Do bring Euros with you, as that is the preferred currency for payment. Wish we could have stayed longer, as the set-up with separate bedroom plus kitchenette made a good home base. Easy to find, and close to Plitvice. Would definitely return!

Le personnel est très disponible agréable aucun doute. Mais par exemple une chambre avec une table de nuit devant une armoire qu’on ne peut ouvrir .., des pots de confiture ou des petits bols avec la confiture au lieu des barquettes plastiques pour le petit déjeuner ce serait un mieux, les chambres sont mal insonorisées. C’est dommage car la pension est idéalement bien placée le jardin avec jeux enfants est très agréable et le personnel était super.
