"Cleanliness While the hotel was cleaned, the standard was far from adequate. We found hair in our bedsheets, stains on the towels, and improperly washed plates and cutlery at breakfast. "Stunning hotel - had wanted to go for 4 years before we finally booked and we were certainly not disappointed. It won’t be 4 years before we book again! Felt like royalty for our stay - ate like kings and the staff can’t do enough for you. Swim up pool was a huge plus for us. We also visited the spa - whilst a little pricey, it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Not much to do nearby and not in comfortable walking distance of any other restaurants and bars. However, we were very happy just staying onsite for our full stay! Next time we plan to stay a night or two in the old town before heading to Mayia to relax for a week. Unfortunately Rhodes airport does bring you crashing back to earth a bit before heading home!"

"The staff at the hotel could not do more for you - any problem and they would do all they could to fix it or give you some options. The waiters at the restaurant were lovely especially an older lady who worked inside - so accommodating. Be VERY careful when you walk round the pool - it is so slippy and there were a number of people who slipped and fell. You couldn’t confidently walk round it and I definitely think that is something they need to look in to. Some of the beds around the pool were also broken and there had obviously been some parasols broken too as so many were missing and never replaced so meant there weren’t enough to go around. Also, the selection of all inclusive drinks was minimal and I haven’t been anywhere that you can’t get ice cream during the day at the resort (you had to pay for it at the beach bar if you wanted it). All in all a lovely place to go but it does have some areas it needs to improve on."

"The standard rooms are quite small, while the suites are more spacious. There are only two power outlets in the rooms, and none beside the bed. The furniture is very old and worn, and parts of the walls have been patchily repainted. The bathroom has a bathtub and feels very cramped. The beach is beautiful; however, the entrance to the sea is very rocky, with large stones that create a risk of slipping and falling. Removing some of these stones would make access to the sea much safer. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Dimitra, in particular, took very good care of us. However, a few of the waiters were not very friendly. Overall, we had an average but reasonably pleasant stay."
