"The pool had not even been open at all this year. Had plants on it. No breakfast. I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!"

Beds were surprisingly comfortable and we felt safe and pleased with our stay especially for the price. Breakfast was small but well stocked. "Overall the hotel was not bad for the price or for what we were there for. The room was clean and the man at the front desk was friendly. We were only there for the weekend and just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep which was what we got. "I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. The number listed on Expedia went straight to voicemail because the office isn’t open on weekends and the number on Google was disconnected. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living!
