"Breakfast had good variety and was tasty "

"Room was ok, floor dirty, no Kleenex, very limited breakfast! When checking in, Roger put us in room assigned to another person. Charged us their rate which was lower than mine. When they found what they did, Roger called us at 8:30 pm, woke us up to tell us the manager told him he has to figure out how to fix it and he did t know how to do it! I tried to help him and offered to bring over the extra cash. We did and then got charged on credit card too! Talked to manager today and no apology at all from her! She said it was his problem to fix. Roger tried to take care of issue but calling to room to me for 1/2 hour and walking us up and still no apology from manager! "

"Stayed here over night for a funeral, got in late and had kids with me. The bathroom had pipes broke with the water constantly running (not just a drip). There was food left in refrigerator. Bathroom shower wasn’t clean. The floor was so dirty the kids feet were black."

"Desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was recently renovated and was clean. Breakfast setved included hot food which was nice. Checkout was easy!"

"Dog friendly, clean and modern hotel. Comfy bed, very clean room and bathroom. Well lit all around for safe and convenient dog walking. Nice breakfast spread. Dominos delivers pizza, quick and hot! "

"Place is newer and nice hotel, but floors were very dirty. Noise in this place was very loud, here every door and kids in rooms running and jumping, dogs barking. Needed for sound insulation. Breakfast was great view is very nice. "

"I lost my key card and they where able to get me back into my cabin even after office hours where closed. Im am incredibly grateful when I will definitely be coming back."

"No one was at the desk when I got there. I stood there for about 25 minutes. I rung the desk bell and holler hello a couple of times. Call the holet also. I called the hotel main office and told them what was going on. When the guy did show up he was a little rude about it. He said he left a message on the desk and there wasn't a Note. My husband said to cancel the room and we just drove rest of the way home. After driving for 12 hours you don't need to put up with rude people. He said that he would cancel the room and refund our money. They main office said they would refund our money because of having to wait so long for someone to get to the desk."
