"We had a pretty poor experience at this hotel. The indoor pool (the only reason I booked this hotel) was closed for 2 days because it was being cleaned, and staff had no idea when it would reopen. Both elevators broke the day after we checked in, and we were on the 7th floor, so that was unpleasant. Worst of all, when we came back to the room on the day of check-out (before check-out time and before we had actually checked out), housekeeping staff were carrying our things out of the room. Luckily, we got back before they finished, or else I'm not sure what would've happened to our stuff. The hotel was clean and in a good location, but I wouldn't stay again based on this experience."

"Prop near airport but shuttle doesn't run early before 8 am or late. No coffee in rooms and only during breakfast. Gym pretty sparse and hot tub was a bubble bath when visited, not sure what was going on there."

"The room itself was clean but on the older side. The rest of the hotel seemed shabby and a bit unclean. One of the front desk staff was very unprofessional. They were yelling on the phone to someone when I walked in, continued to cuss at them, and didn’t acknowledge me until after several minutes later. I received similar treatment when I checked out. The fact that there was multiple warnings about vehicles being towed for not having a pass, parking out of the lines and etc was also concerning. This hotel really lives up to “you get what you pay for” and is not on par with other Extended Stay hotels I have been to."
