"Just horrible. Want a closet door? Nope, just sharp broken hinges. Would you like to close your bathroom door? Nope, it's so warped it can't close. But if you did, you'd also be trapped as the door handle is ripped off.
Mind you this is a room I got switched to as the first one didn't have heat. In the middle of winter in UT.
The whole bathroom had sever mold. And water damage. Sink didn't work and was cracked thru to the list where water just drips on your feet.
Hot tub broken, the entire hotel is falling apart. Cut my foot on broken tiles in the hall. Ceiling and wall panels exposed everywhere with wires.
Holes in the wall stuffed my toilet paper so the next room over can't look into your room.
Burns all over the carpet and bedding. Used to be a nice Super 8 but new owners have destroyed this property. "
"I was there on business. The property is conveniently located next to restaurants, the freeway, and the customer I was seeing. Everyone was very friendly, and the breakfast was out early, which was great. Bed was good, but the shower had marginal pressure."
"Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog barking next door. I did like the size of the tv but the channel selection was pathetic. We could not get a single extra towel unless we brought one down to exchange, and I could go on and on, not to mention only a single elevator and the lack of help the over work clerk could have used. The one thing that bothers me the most is having to wait so long for a room, having to journey around the building several times to bring our possessions and our travel agency says mgmt will not communicate with them. "
"Clean, pleasant staff, and convenient location. It's next to Top Golf and Winco. There's a shopping center across the street with fast-food and restaurant options. There's a kids play center called Kids Empire as well. The only thing that would make it even more awesome is a laundry room."
