"It took around ten minutes for a staff member to get to the desk upon our arrival at around 6pm. Once we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were crusty, there were long black hairs all over the pillow, the mattress and the bathroom walls. There were other dried unidentified substances on the walls in both the main room and and bathroom. The room was generally filthy.
