"Beautiful hotel! The architecture and staff were amazing! "

"Staff members are helpful, polite, caring, always attentive to what you need in particular the personnel during breakfast time and the housekeepers. Hotel is very clean. The property is very close to El Zócalo therefore there is a lot of people during the night and the area can be loud, but once inside the hotel is relatively calm. We were in an interior room therefore the outside noise was not heard. The only thing I would say is the conversations or noise from other guests can be heard clearly in the room when they walk the hallways. Its not something than the hotel can really control, I would say if you are a light sleeper then request a room at the end of the hallway. We enjoyed our stay, great location. "

"Por tercera o cuarta vez, notifico el problema que tuve en el cuarto durante mi estancia, la primer noche, todo bien, la segunda noche me di cuenta que faltaba un Costalito de joyería, joyería fina, en el cual estaba un regalo de mi hija y unos aretes de mi preferencia como les dije anteriormente no eran de oro, pero la joyería fina cara, pedí hablar con la manager del Hotel, creo que su nombre es Giselle, porque un empleado me lo dijo jamás atendió mis llamadas nunca en se me había perdido algo de mi cuarto en otros hoteles, en el cual me he hospedado, es muy lamentable hospedarse en un lugar donde no van a estar seguras tus cosas, estuve esperando más de una semana para que me contactaran y nadie me contactó!
