「The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. 」

「Great place. Centrally located. The staff was wonderful. We got there very early and they went ahead and put us into a room. Front desk staff was very accommodating and very helpful in our trip. I have stayed in Iquitos twice this year. If I go back, I will definitely go to this hotel.」

「Always like staying here. The only thing could use improvement is room cleaned more frequently whether longer than 2 day stay and towels changed and toilet paper restocked workout having to ask」

La atención del desayuno muy buena también. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. Solo deberían ser más rigurosos con el uso de mascarillas. Tanto el personal como algunos huéspedes no la usaban, correctamente, en áreas comunes interiores. 」

「This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself...
