「Night Staff was incredibly rude. I called she immediately said. Can I put you on hold. I said ok. I wait 20 min. Nothing. I hang up. Call back she answers this time. 「Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

「For a room that was $200 a night I was incredibly disappointed! The first thing I tried to use was the TV & remote. It took me 10 minutes to turn the tv on with the remote because of how sticky the buttons were on the remote and once the tv came on the coloring was broken so you could barely see what was going on. I gave up on the TV and went to take a shower. The glass panel of the shower was coming out of the ceiling and was loose & wobbly. I went to blow dry my hair only to find that there...

「This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy.」
