「Son ya muchos años pasando dias de descanso en el hotel. El equipo, aparte de ser el mismo en muchos casos, son encantadores, y tienen un trato exqusito hacia nosotros. Aparte es in gran hotel para las mascotas, donde la hacen sentir como un invitado vip. El edificio y las vistas son unicas.」

「Hotel is in a very convenient position in the heart of the old town. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was very good.」

「We had a really great stay for a week here. The staff were so helpful, and very friendly. It’s walking distance from the cathedral and all the good shopping, and the suite was really lovely. Massive bathroom and very comfortable bed. The only thing to know is that if you’re going to stay for a while the parking is very expensive. The underground car park round the corner costs about 25 euros a day and there are no free parking options. But that seems par for the course in Palma. We would stay...

「Hôtel de très bonne qualité, idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La vue sur la cathédrale et le port est magnifique. Le mini-bar dans la chambre est payant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point...

「酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意」
