We paid for 4 nights in the suite on beach side which is also next to a busy highway with LOTS of noise!! They downsized us to a smaller room across the hall facing a quiet street which was acceptable. 」

「AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

「The 2 bed/2 bath suite is large with some updated features. The furnishings are low-end, but adequate. There is loads of hot water for showers/dishes. The bathrooms need a good cleaning with bleach to get rid of mold on the tile edges. The beds are basic and not very comfortable. The pillows are cheap/flat and 2 to a bed with a very thin duvet (no blankets). The towels, all two and a bathmat are thin and worn, but clean. Our "gift" consisted of a paper dish rag, one dishwasher tablet, and...

「The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room」
