「The hotel room overall is good for the price, 3 blocks walking distance to the beach and Playa Hermosa skatepark. The room has: coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, mini fridge, stove, AC and 2 ceiling fans. The shower has a waterfall showerhead, nice hot water. The bathroom has hairdryer, Iron, ironing board, a safe, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs and a beach view. The bed was firm with two big pillows. The hotel staff was nice and the check-in...

「La alberca estaba súper fría.... No había el jacuzzi y no había alimentos... Lo que si la atención del dueño super padre pero creo que falta más atención en cuestión de atención alimentos y estadia」

「The rooms were clean but way too noisy. Insulation in the walls is non existent. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, only to be met with the front desk person telling me there’s 4 pillows already and asking if we had an extra person, to which I responded that no, I have back problems and get cold. Parking is easy and right below the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi look clean. Checked out early because of noise, was not offered my money back despite having checked out two nights early. 」

「Everything was great. Location cleanliness the staff, but they only issue I had with the reservation was that when the application asked me to enter the name of the guest it goes through, but the reservation comes with a different name. It comes with my name as a guess. The reservation confirmation should say the name of the guest, and not the name of the person who made the reservation.」

「Es un hotel muy viejo, y no q recibido mejoras en mucho tiempo, la regadera tiene grietas en las uniones de la loseta, la alfombra es azul oscuro y pareciera estar limpio pero cuando camine en calcetines blancos estos quedaron negros. Como si nunca la hubieran lavado, las cortinas y las colchas muy viejas de hecho la colcha tenía una quemadura. Lo bueno que tiene es que su ubicación es perfecta y sus colchones y almohadas son muy cómodas」

「La verdad me encantó que está cerca del malecón, personal atento, solo el detalle del control remoto que no servía. Pero en verdad lo recomiendo, cama cómoda, agua caliente y calefacción al 100%」

「The pictures do not match whatsoever , They told me I had reservations but everything was taken and they tried giving me , old trashy room in the rear of the hotel , I had told them that was not what I paid for .. they said take it or leave it very unprofessional I had to leave the guy at front desk could not make decisions at all because he said he's just a worker and could not get a hold of anyone to make changes . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NOT RECOMEND IT AT ALL ( it's more like a motel ) 」
