This is a beautiful hotel! I loved the location and atmosphere. It’s close to 5th Avenue where you can shop local stores or mainstream stores. The beach is in walking distance. The food is fine but gets a little boring. The package is all inclusive so I have no complaints.

Thoroughly mid. The vegetarian food options were scarce and bland, with the exception of the Italian restaurant. The beach access isn’t like the photos and swimming was discouraged due to the red sea weed. So our beach vacation became a pool vacation. Champagne problems, but not what I was looking for in my 30th birthday trip. The staff was wonderful, unlimited ice cream was divine, and the drinks were blessedly mellow. For anyone concerned, YES you can have the ice here. They discourage you from drinking the tap water. If you need transportation from the airport, I recommend using one of the available taxi services upon arrival. Ordering ahead with the hotel is fine but not necessary. I recommend MTS— they had a cooler of cervezas ready for us. As with all things, it’s about the friends you make along the way. We had a lovely time.

As our taxi pulled up to the hotel there was someone waiting to help us with our luggage. We were Also greeted with a cold glass of Sangria. The food was good. The entertainment was awesome. And the staff professional and took care of our issues right away. What I didn't like was that I had to leave.

I can’t say enough about this resort. I’m not a fan of huge resorts and this was the perfect size! Employees- The employees were all so nice and helpful. I want to call out Aaron in the baggage area and the woman (I forgot her name) that led all the activities. They both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and had great personalities! Food- The food was great! I was skeptical because I’ve been disappointed in the past with other all-inclusive food/buffets, but everything was great! There’s a buffet, a few restaurants, a cafe (with ice cream), and a grab and go area. Oh, and 24 hour room service! Pool- The pool area is so nice! My husband and I opted for a pool cabana one day (for under $100) and it was well worth it. I highly recommend. Location- Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A couple blocks away Quinta Avenida (5th Ave) where there is a mall and a couple miles of shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. You can walk down to the beach and see performers. We will definitely stay here again when back in Playa Del Carmen.

I genuinely have never had such an amazing vacation, the hotel went out of the way to provide suggestions and help us with any needs. The food was excellent, go to the Mexican restaurant and get the ceviche ! So good ! Also the steakhouse is amazing! Had it the first night and was obsessed! This is definitely an amazing property with amazing and polite staff!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Staff was so friendly and honest. Helped us make decisions about excursions, things to do, places to see, what’s worth it and what’s not. Very transparent about money conversions and if it wasn’t available at the hotel that day you can go right up the street past the tequila place to exchange your cash! The hotel was so clean and stayed that way, even with the ocean and sand right outside with the big open lower level. The elevator was ALWAYS available. There are 2 pools in different areas of the resort so you choose which vibe you want. The hot tub is tucked away and has an amazing view! Even with the sargassum they kept the beaches fairly clean given the circumstances and had all day activities for everyone to enjoy whether it was inside playing bingo or outside playing the penguin game. At night it was a different story. They had amazing individuals come in give spectacular shows that always kept you wondering what was happening the next day. I highly recommend this resort to everyone visiting! The resort is rotten next to a ferry that takes you to Cozumel and Isle Mujeres and just a block from 5th street. So much to do!!

The overall property is nice, however the restaurant staff isn't very attentive, also no free parking. The staff appeared to be running a scam by notifying the local traffic enforcement when your time expired which resulted in a boot/device being placed on your tire that cost $32 to have removed. The machine in front of the hotel is broken, therefore you have to walk 2 blocks up the street to use the other one but no one will tell you that! The

Stayed for a week to have Dental surgery. As I was experiencing some discomfort and didn't want to go out, the pool area with its' breeze was a relaxing way to spend the rest of the day. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffets provided more the enough variety to be sure there was something I could eat every day depending upon the condition of my mouth. I will be back in January for 2 weeks to complete my Dental work. I will definitely be staying here.

This all inclusive is a smaller property with great service. We ha been to many high end resorts like Secrets and the service here is just as good if not better. The food was high quality much like you would expect at very high end resorts. Unfortunately, we came at a time when the seaweed made the beach unusable. End of June beginning of July. All in all, it was a great place? I highly recommend.

It was an awesome experience for my husband and me. We really enjoy the hotel. Is well located. Food is great. The personal is great all gentle. The only thing is that they close early the bar which for being an just adults hotel you spect they close later and have more fun during the night time. But other tan that is fine. Other thing to have in consideration is that the beach access is small but it’s close to quinta avenida so you can go to a bigger beach access. We recommend it.

Attentive staff. Great pool. Comfy bed. Roomy shower. Event highlights were the pool foam party and karaoke. Buffet was good but repetitive. Mexican restaurant very good. Lots of great and affordable restaurants within a couple blocks. Super close (5 min or less walk) to 5th ave for as much shopping as you’d want. No swimmable beach at the resort.

Pros: The massage was fabulous, Maria was wonderful, 2 blocks from 5th Ave, the staff was amazing, coffee bar(free all day), the pools were great, super clean huge hotel. Cons: random people able to sit om the beach, the dining room didn't serve dinner my last night, wasn't notified why it was closed, pillows on bed too hard, hated the upsell pitches at check in.

4th time at this resort. Staff excellent. Resort very clean and comfortable. Great pool. Very easy access to the main avenue to walk around and shop. Very safe.

The food was excellent at all the restaurants, grounds well maintained/clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! The only issue was the seaweed at the beach.
