Very unique property with multiple secluded pools and quaint grotto settings. The pool water was always warm and the food was uniformly exceptional. The service was always subtle, but very attentive. The rooms were very elegant, but simple.

Excellent resort with extremely friendly staff and top notch service. The food was definitely above average for all inclusive resort. The beach was not in a good condition due to see weed. Multiple pools with different vibes. Amazing live music. Butlers (Cesar and Luis) were very good. Live entertainment team (Axel, Jasmine, Jose) were very engaging. Room was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the only reason I chose 4 rather than 5 is the TV malfunctioned several times and the room lights came on randomly in the middle of the night twice during our stay. Several other people had similar complaints regarding the lights. It seemed like something electrical was going on resort wide. Overall, we loved the resort and the staff, and would definitely consider coming back.

We had the best stay at Secrets Moxche! I highly recommend upgrading your stay to the Impressions side if you’re able. The quality of care and attention is amazing. Everything about our stay was secrets was incredible! The room, the staff, the property, the food, etc. and our butlers Alejandro, Sergio, and Alexis were so wonderful! The beach is out of commission because of the seaweed, but that’s not the resorts fault at all. The many pools across the property make up for it and are really so beautiful and luxurious. Stay at Secrets Moxche you won’t regret it!

The room was nice when you first enter but had several issues. The AC was not working the first night and still did not cool well the whole stay. The ceiling fan was by the patio door instead of being above the beds. A smoke detector was above the beds with light to flashing every 30 seconds causing you to wear a face mask at night. The food caused stomach issues and the only restaurant that had decent food was the taco stand at night. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price!

This is our second time at the resort. We stayed one year prior and it was 5 stars at that time. No upgrades or changes really made. Staff were amazing. Rooms and pools were amazing as well. Only down fall was the construction happening all day long. It was very loud and not peaceful or relaxing at all. The other people staying this year were insanely loud and trashy compared to our last time staying.

The hotel itself was very nice. The pools were wonderful and clean. The food was great and the staff were attentive. I did not like the fact that we paid for the preferred package through Expedia and we were not given the same amenities as if we had paid through the hotel directly. We were supposed to be checked in at the preferred lounge, but they checked us in at the main desk. No one explained to us how to access certain areas, I had to google it. When we asked an attendant they let us know that because it was booked through a third party the amenities were not the same even though we paid for preferred. The butler box would only be emptied out if requested. Even if they delivered other items and left them in the box or cleaned our room, the dishes and cups would not be taken.

We had spoken with Jorge about a 90 min presentation in exchange for two 80 min massages. We were promised it wouldn’t be more than 90 minutes and its was a No Pressure presentation. It took us 3 hrs total and they kept pressing us to buy and sign. Magically Jorge was gone the rest of the duration of our trip. The only good restaurants were Dos Almos and Ember. Suki had the worst sushi we have ever experienced. The Italian restaurants food was over cooked and bland. The resort is beautiful but the beach is Non Existent.

Secrets Moxché was hands down the most incredible resort experience I’ve ever had. We traveled with a group of 7 couples, and from start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The property is absolutely stunning — easily the most beautiful all-inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. What truly set it apart was the exceptional staff, the top-shelf drinks, and most importantly, the unbelievable food. Every dining option was next-level — by far the best cuisine I’ve ever had at a resort. From casual bites to elegant dinners, every meal was a highlight. This trip was unforgettable, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re considering Secrets Moxché, book it — you won’t regret it!

This was a beautiful resort. The staff is wonderful and the food top notch. We loved our trip. The beach was nice, but not as nice as the Akumal location. However, this location was closer to the airport and a little more convenient to access.

Excellent food and dining. Excellent service by the hospitality and hotel staff. The rooftop preferred club pool and dining and beverage service was delightful. The resort landscaping and views were splendid. The beach is somewhat small and the ocean views are very good but not great. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing escape and five star accommodations. Thank You, Secrets staff.
