Within 24 hours of check-in, we encountered several major issues that made our stay stressful and disappointing. First, we found a sharp golf tee embedded in the bed—an alarming safety hazard that raised serious concerns about housekeeping. Combined with a staff member saying our room “wasn’t the nicest” and a non-working safe, we felt anxious about what else might be overlooked. The bathroom lights flickered constantly, causing headaches, and were never repaired despite repeated requests. Our “free upgrade” included a balcony jacuzzi that leaked heavily; maintenance could only provide a temporary fix. The room safe was eventually repaired after we called maintenance, but by then our sense of security was already impacted. Finally, many restaurants, the sports club, and other amenities were closed due to maintenance, private events, or unadvertised schedules—making the “all-inclusive” experience feel misleading. When we raised our concerns, concierge insisted issues were resolved and offered an hour in the sauna. While appreciated, this didn’t make up for the multiple unresolved safety, health, and service problems we experienced.

I loved everything with these few exceptions : I took a suite that was on third floor so stairs and a very hot elevator were not clean. The seaweed is bad but that’s not thier fault and I knew before going. The good well the food- the service- rooms are very well cleaned - animals yes they even have monkeys that visit the property. I would go back again ❣️

I loved this resort! Adults only, fun, but not crazy party atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful. Staff was wonderful! Our faves were Javier the bellhop and Hugo with World2Meet who helped us set up excursions! We did pay for a hot tub room but our hot tub didnt work. We should have reported it, but just got too busy. Would prefer a swim out room for our next stay!

Me and my husband had a great time the food was amazing and service was overall amazing hospitality. Theater shows were fun and all activities were convenient at resort. The only thing we didn't get to enjoy was beach too much seaweed and of course nothing resort could do but overall great stay.

My recent stay at the **Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa (Yucatán Princess section)** was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve had. I would **highly recommend** the Yucatán Princess for couples or friends looking for relaxation, great service, and a beautiful setting. Can’t wait to return!

5 night stay, solo guy. First time at Princess, and I was very underwhelmed. The check in process was rushed, and not informative. Basically “give me your passport, pay this tax, here is a map, download our app, here is your armband, here is your room key” all in about 4 minutes total. My room was very spacious and clean, but was quite dated. I requested a single king, but was told the resort was at full capacity, and there were only doubles available. No big deal. I dropped something and when I bent over to pick it up I noticed the entire underside of the sink was filled with rust. The shower was large with 2 independently controlled shower heads, plus a wand. The built-ins smelled strongly of mold, so I left my clothes in my suitcase and on the second bed. The second day I could not get into my room. I had to ask security to help, whom treated me like I was drunk or stupid. Come to find out the battery in the door had died, and maintenance had to come disassemble the door lock and replace it. I again requested a new room but told no, full capacity. There is a dinner dress code for long pants and closed toe shoes, which was a surprise. The restaurants did not take reservations, but also had long wait times. The restaurants alternated nights, not all open daily. When I asked why all the restaurants weren’t open, I was told because the resort was only at 50-60% capacity. BUT they were full capacity when I asked for a new room. ONLY buffet breakfast, you’ll be sick of buffet.

I arrived an hour early room was not ready front desk and bell boys were very friendly. They directed me to the buffet which is open breakfast lunch and dinner. With sub par food. I expected better. When I ordered my room I wanted a double bed room for me and my brother. They told me they only had king bed available. And to check back each day to see if something comes available. I did they never did. I am a disabled two neck surgeries one as recent as 3 months ago. And the elevator in my building worked on and off for the first two days so I asked for a ground floor unit which they eventually gave to me. Thank god. Specialty restaurants seemed amazing but were early open. So I only got to try the Italian “bruschetta” which was amazing tried to go back another night closed two of the nights I tried to go. There steak house was never even open. A couple I meet went to the hamachi grill. Made reservations waited hour plus to be sat with reservations and told me what a disappointment horrible. Activities on property mind you adult only where lame and short in duration. I went there to drink eat and dance the night away. It was so lame. So I actually decided to cut my week long vacation short leave three days early. I did discover there sister property the family side my last night what great energy they head 24 hour sports bar night club open 11-3 with amazing energy and dance the night away. Why wasn’t this on the adult side. Such a disappointment

Property was beautiful! Staff was friendly and helpful! The only downside was it being Sea weed season, making the beach not usable, however there was a crew from the resort working tirelessly at trying to keep the beach cleared! Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our first all inclusive resort.

The amenities were great, the staff that did the activities by the pool were super friendly and made it a really fun experience. The rodeo grill was one of our favourite restaurants for dinner the food was amazing every night we went.
