It says <<< Housekeeping is available once per stay >>>. I was assuming that my 5-day reservation wouldn't get my room being cleaned . I was O.K. with that. Everything pre-paid ... so only the tip for the housekeeping could be added but .... I have been asked 50 pesos per night for the cleaning of the room and that was COMPULSORY. I did manage to pay 100 pesos even without housekeeping. In fact, I should pay nothing. So! If you agree to pay those 50 pesos extra per night then the rooms are still very cheap for what we get.

3 no habia papel sanitario en la habitacion, lo solicite y me lo dieron}

Drab hotel in low rent district.
The feeling in and around this hotel is low quality. From the outside it looks like a little prison with bars surrounding it.
It is in a very low rent district although that does not bother me and I did not feel it was unsafe.
The room reminds you of a cheap motel . In my case the shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere and should have been already replaced. But I have to say the bed was very comfortable.
The location is on the outskirts of town even though it is still readonable distance from the beach and malecon.
Incredibly , the price listed at the check in for a one person basic room is 1250 pesos (65 dollars). I'm sure anyone who stays there gets a much better price online, like I did.
I only paid 13 dollars a night but they did demand an additional 50 peso "cleaning fee" per night. For that price I would do it again but not if it was much more.

Dont ever choose this place just for saving a litt
Worst choice ever, they cut you off the electricity and after few hours there is no water, really bad people outside just watching you to robbed you. Horrible!!!!
Do not stay here. I have been in the area for a while and just needed a place to stay for a few days until my apartment was ready. Firstly they have a gate on the front door but do not give you a key so a few times I stood outside waiting for someone to let me in. The place was very old and had mold. There is way better places for this rate. I ended up staying with a friend and checking out early.
The jail like bars in front of the hotel was a hint on what type of neighborhood I was in. I know that you get what you pay for. Ive never wrote a bad review before and that includes sleeping with bugs in a room. The only thing I can say positive about this place is the staff seemed friendly, air conditioning worked, they have English tv and no bugs. For the bad, I had to take off the shower head to take a cold shower, bathroom smelled, I asked for t.p. and had to seach for someone when she fixed the t.p. dispenser she left mud from her shoes all over the floor, WiFi was so weak I couldn't even send a email. No one spoke English. No big deal, I have Google translator. I asked to hang up some cloths to dry and he directed me to the laundry around the corner and I could see a clothes line on the roof. I stayed at a hostel the next night and will never book this hotel again. Sorry about the bad review. I had to warn the next traveler. Not worth the price for me.
