The staff were very helpful. Rooms were modest, bed was comfortable. If you are ok with some noise, the balcony rooms on the ouside are yours, for a more quiet stay, have a room facing the courtyard. Recommendations from the staff for food were incredible. Area was very central, all amenities including the beach was a 5min walk away. Can't wait to return to Bosque Caribe.

The staff is great !! The installations are really bad. We had to upgrade our room and even the upgrade was horrible. Towels were worn out, the sink really dirty. They didn’t have a single glass in the room the bed was a little bit smaller than a doble size bed even though they presented as a queen. We knew that it was to be going loud at night and it was but there was also a construction going on next to the building and the noise started around 8 am.

Nice little quaint hotel, great location in middle of strip. Only detractor was the booming bass music coming from Senor Frogs bar, from 6 or 7 to 2am. Impossible to sleep.

It's a quaint place to stay. The personnel is friendly and the location is perfect for accessing the beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. The only negative was the bed. It was not comfortable. I spent so little time in my room that it was not a big deal. The hotel is by 5th Ave., so it is not quiet, you can hear the music, etc. sort of like staying downtown New Orleans.... I would recommend Bosque Caribe.

First off, we do like to take vacations that are "luxurious" but we also take a lot of low budget trips to go away more often and see new places. This review is a budget review 2 things matter most to us 1 cleanliness and 2 a pool We are content with a basic room as long as we have beds and a bathroom and they are clean (a TV is nice but we have devices to watch content on) Cleanliness rating 10 Room rating 9 Room amenities I, AC, TV (Some rooms share a bathroom) Hotel/condo/VRBO rating 9 Amenities, pool Pool rating 10. Asked to be upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. Was told it was $60 extra a night. I checked agora and Expedia minutes before requesting the upgrade, both sites said $6 total for the upgrade. Had a much better stay at the Aloft. I could hear senior frogs music booming at the checkin dacikity, can’t imagine what it was like to stay there.

3 stars because the staff was very friendly. Cons - I didn’t get the room I selected with the garden view and instead my balcony faced a main road where construction went on starting from early and local bars played loud music until very late (maybe 3am) My shower did not have any hot water, but I also did not bother letting the front desk know because I didn’t want to go through the trouble of switching rooms. I was in the room for 5 days 4 nights and room service did not come at all. I am a tidy person and the room was supplied for towels and sheets for 2 which sufficed since I was alone. I didn’t use the pool because it was kinda small and hidden from the sun. Pros- The staff was VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. The room was clean for the most part and the location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. Working tv very good AC and I traveled alone but felt safe my entire stay. The hotel and room could use some updating but the price was decent so you get what you pay for. I would definitely stay again.
