Staff were moderately friendly. There was no hotel shuttle available, which is a common service for many resorts. ATM was out of service. We were told the restaurants were fully booked but they could “add a table” if we purchased a bottle of champagne or a lobster for the dinner. The pool bar was way understaffed with only one bar tender.

Me sorprendió el hotel. La habitación y la comida fue lo mejor, todo muy rico y la habitación nueva, muy bonita y muy a gusto. La atención de las personas de los restaurantes 10 de 10. Wilson que nos apoyó con el check in y check out igual aplausos. Que pudiera mejorar? Definitivamente los bellboys, no me hicieron caso cuando llegué a pesar de que me vieron, yo tuve que bajar mis maletas e ir al check in y tuvieron el atrevimiento de pedirme que moviera mi vehículo el cual les dije que lo haría cuando terminara mi check in ya que ellos no me habían hecho caso, solo así ya se quedaron calmados. El servicio de concierge al final fue muy bueno, solo que tardaron en contestarme al WhatsApp (medio que piden usemos para comunicarse desde los mensajes de expedía). Pero en general me llegó un muy buen sabor de boca, nos consintieron como vip de expedía, nos dejaron una nota y un recuerdo del hotel, a mi hija le llevaron un pastel por su cumpleaños a la habitación, aplicamos el servicio de spa incluido al comprarlo desde expedía y estuvo de lujo.

Overall property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Food ok. However, I barely slept for the entire vacation based on a few factors. Even though we were on the top floor the VERY LOUD noise from other guests dragging chairs around their rooms kept us awake. Easy remedy by putting felt or something on the bottom of the legs of these chairs. We were also kept awake by doors constantly slamming at the other rooms. This could easily be remedied by "soft close" mechanisms on these doors. Overall I wouldn't return based on 7 days of very little sleep due to these very simple fixes that had been missed. Also felt there were far too few places to hang wet items in the room and our shower leaked and created dangerous puddles on the tile in the bathroom which could have easily caused a very deadly fall. A few thoughtful improvements would make this resort a far more enjoyable experience all around.

Staff is amazing, this was our 3rd time at the resort. Love the new upgrades, the kids loved the new water slides. The beach was upkept and clean. Pool was in decent condition, it's showing it's age but overall it was good.

I would like to say the stay was amazing but the start and finish wasn’t great. I booked this trip to celebrate my birthday and by my surprise an engagement. when we arrived to the hotel our room wasn’t ready. When we were able to check in we paid and filled out all the paper work just to be told at the end our room has 2 double beds! I am 5’7 and my fiancé is 6’2. when asked why we didn’t geta king we were advised they didn’t have availability and the only way to get one is if we paid for an upgrade. there was no further accommodation. We decided not to make a big deal of the bed size. the room was nice and newly renovated. the staff was amazing! the food was good and we appreciated the different options. On the day before we left we decided to go off the resort and was out of the room majority of the day. We got back around dinner time showered and changed for dinner. the room didn’t appear to be serviced while we were gone. When we returned and begin to pack for our early departure the next morning we noticed my fiancés prada sunglasses were missing. we also figured out we were in a joint room where the other room only had access to lock the joining door. We reported the missing glasses to the concierge desk and they advised they will have to call housekeeping and see if it’s in the lost and found. No report was taken. The glasses are still missing and haven’t received anything from the hotel since check out !

All the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. I loved my room where I could walk out into the pool anytime. I’ll be coming back again.
