The rooms are very dark and outdated. When making restaurant reservations, the policy is strict- they cancel your booking if you’re more than 10 minutes late, yet they often make you wait over 15 minutes to be seated. The buffet is extremely repetitive, serving the exact same dishes every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The beach is covered in seaweed, making it unpleasant to enjoy. Bell service is also frustratingly slow—our bags took over an hour to be picked up when we were checking out. This wouldn’t normally be a big issue, but we were in Building 6, which is quite far from the main reception.
Calling the front desk was equally disappointing. They repeatedly told us someone was right outside our door, which clearly wasn’t true, causing us to run late for our airport transfer.
On top of that, the staff asked us to leave our room from 5:30 to 6:30 pm so they could decorate it. Nothing happened. The next night, they made the same request and again failed to show up. It was incredibly frustrating to be inconvenienced for no reason.
Overall, the resort felt very disorganized and poorly managed.
