「we found ant infestation in the bathroom first night. we were given another room and no one to help move our luggage. this hotel should not be considered a 4 star」

「Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

「Beautifully maintained property. Generally staff could not do enough for us. Water in room not replaced after initial bottles on arrival. Turn down service nice touch!」

「Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star.」

「Huge room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and robes/slippers and products in the bathroom. Adjacent to restaurants and shops and a 5 min walk away from the beach. Roof top pool and a few sunbeds.」
