Man lässt es sich gut gehen.

Wenn man den glanzvollen Empfangsbereich betritt, ist man erst einmal überwältigt. Man fragt sich: ist das echt, oder macht man einem hier etwas vor? Es entspricht dem Stil des Hauses. Angenehm möblierte Zimmer. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, was den Standartbereich betrifft. Der Hausmeister hat das schlecht abfließende Waschbecken drei Tage lang nicht hingekriegt.

Klein aber fein

Die kleine Stadt im Vogtland überrascht durch ein vielfältiges Kulturangebot: Museen, Theater, Konzert, Ausstellungen. Es ist ein liebenswertest Städtchen mit rührigen und engagierten Menschen. Wenn ich nicht ab und zu in Plauen zu tun hätte, würde ich trotzdem hinfahren um immer wieder Neues zu entdecken.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider wurde der sehr positive Eindruck geschmälert, weil mehrere Männer die ganze Nacht vor dem Hotel Lärm gemacht haben (laute Musik, alkoholisiertes lautes Reden,…). Auch wenn das Hotel nichts dafür kann, macht es das Schlaferlebnis fast unmöglich.

Ich kenne das Hotel schon lange. In den Fluren wurde neuer Belag ausgelegt, alles ist okay. Was in meinem Zimmer/ 301 noch zu ändern wäre.Ausbau der Badewanne es ist ziemlich hoch.
