「Very unfriendly staff. The first room was extremely noisy. So much so it sounded like the Mann going to the bathroom in his room was using our room's bathroom . We asked to move rooms because we couldn't sleep, so they downgraded our room and sent us up to an uncleaned room. It took us explaining and then...

「Super hôtel avec des attentions touchantes de la part du personnel. 」
