"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, we didn’t realise we arrived on their first day of the season but found everything to be organised, super clean, and the staff were all so friendly and polite which is really important to us. The pool area is very nice and was relaxing, and the bar staff were also super lovely and helpful (thanks for making my oat milk drinks!) The bedroom we had with a balcony was really nice, I would advise that unless you’re happy to sleep in 2 single beds as a couple. To ask for a double mattress topper, which we did. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Portals, we would be happy to return, thanks!"

"The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay."

"Everything about our stay at fergus was fabulous from start to finish. All areas where spotless, amenities and furnishings top notch. The lady on reception (sorry i didnt get her name) who checked us in and greeted us with a warm smile everymorning and a cheery "hello how are you today" was just so welcoming and made us feel like we mattered and where valued, a real credit to the hotel. My only small critism if i had to give one would be the breakfast. We had to wait most mornings for a table and no one spoke to us or even greeted us, this was in complete contrast to reception and cleaning staff. However, having said that it would not stop us returning as i would definatly recommend every other aspect of this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings with an amazing view and centrally located. Cant wait to return. "

"Room was incredibly clean. The Staff (considering it was the off season) did all they could to ensure that i had the best stay possible. The air conditioning worked a treat and i had a great time."
