Die wussten das wir 5 personen sind haben aber nur ein bett parat gemacht also müssten wir alleine noch ein bett mit Bettwäsche und alles parat machen. Die habe lange gedauert bis die mir alles erklärt haben wie ich die Wohnung finde und haben mich um 23 uhr draussen warten lassen mit 3 kleine kinder. Kein parkmöglichkeiten, die meinten das die unterkunft nur 5 Parkplätze haben und sein alle besetzt find ich schade.

I booked 2 of the basic rooms - 1 each for me & my friend at the same price. My room was lovely, clean, spacious etc I'd say to UK Premier Inn standard - very comfy double bed. My friend's room had 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette with dishwasher! The kitchen was not quite as clean as it could have been though but nothing gross. The location was about 30-40 min walk to the Old Town of Warsaw & there was a lot of building work going on all around with the older buildinga being torn down & new ones going up. We were there Fri-Mon and it was not noisy so the immediate area wasn't pretty to look at but had no other impact on us.

Nur durch Zufall habe ich erfahren, dass man sich ganz woanders einchecken muss. Das Einchecken dauerte ewig.

Appartamento ampio

Appartamento molto grande con 2 camere e ampio soggiorno. Abbastanza vicino alla città vecchia. Rumoroso in quanto limitrofo a cantiere edile. Alle 6.30 cominciano a lavorare ma siccome eravamo al 10 piano il rumore non era molto. Non lo consiglierei perché se di capita ai piani più bassi credo che non di forma oltre l'inizio dei lavori.

Stort vardagsrum, stort sovrum med komfortabla sängar och välutrustat kök. Bra läge med 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Incheckningen är endast 3-4 minuters promenad från lägenheten.

Small room that wasn't really an apartment as the name suggests. Hard to find with reception being a ten minute walk from the rooms. Directions given at reception weren't the most clear but it was a decent room when we finally got there. Very clean and comfy but our biggest disappointment was our kettle didn't work after two weeks of looking forward to a cuppa we were heartbroken. All in all decent value and good service from all staff we encountered

Bra boende, bra service!

Vi åkte till Warszawa 5 nätter för att bara njuta av semestern och äta god mat samt dricka billig öl. Perfekt boende i ett fint rum. Läget är jättebra, det finns många bra restauranger i närheten och man går till gamla stan på 35 min och under promenaden upplever man lite mer av warszawa. Wi-Fi på rummet skulle kosta en peng per dygn me än det gav personalen oss gratis. Servicen var kanonbra. Skulle utan tvekan bo här igen.

Simple room

A simple room, including bathroom, bed, chair and table. No fridge or cooking facilities, except water kettle. For wifi you have to pay extra. Reception is in another building, about 5 minutes walk away. They very nicely provided me an iron and iron board without extra costs. Relatively good public transportation connections. Metro in 10 minutes walk. Basically the room was clean and relatively new. Bed was comfortable. All in all - don't expect too much but good value for the money.

Buena calidad, pero FALLOS IMPORTANTES

Estuve en Apartamentos Platinum de Varsovia con una reserva de Hoteles. com del 11/6 al 15/6 (y también reservé una basic room). Resumen: 1/ INACEPTABLE, que antes de hacer la reserva, no indiquen que hay que retirar las llaves en otro lugar lejano y llevando maletas (NO HABRÍA COGIDO ESTE LUGAR). Te avisan cuando has pagado. Y como no se lee uno todo, te das cuenta cuando no encuentras el sitio y te vuelves loco. 2/ INACEPTABLE que te hagan perder dos horas para entrar al apartamento (era a partir de las 14.00 horas y entramos a las 15.55, dicen por problema de preparar la habitación). En esta ocasión, personal distante y nada agradable, por decir un eufemismo. MUY MAL. 3/ INACEPTABLE: Pasillos sucios y bolsas de ¿basura? en ellos (en las habitaciones básicas). 4/ MUY MEJORABLE: Para tapar la claridad, las ventanas tienen un estor que deja pasar casi toda la luz (decir que en junio, en Varsovia, ya hay una intensa luz de día a las 04:00 de la madrugada. Tuve que tapar parte de las ventanas del dormitorio con los cojines del sofá. La respuesta del alojamiento: Disculpas y un desayuno para cada uno de nosotros (3 o 4 euros por persona).

Good for the money

The apartment is 10 mins walk from the check-in reception. It's fine for the sunny day. Unfortunately, we arrived on a rainy day. It was kind of nightmare. Apart from that, it's good for the money. new apartment, beautiful view. 15 mins walk from two metro stations. 25 mins walk from Warsaw Central train station.

Det ligger meget godt i forhold til centrum. Vi var der fra fredag-søndag og lejligheden blev ikke rengjort. Der var dobbeltdyne og vi bad om en ekstra dyne, men hotellet sagde at det kostede 40 pln. Ellers var det ok.

Leider, beim Check-In die Kaution kann nur von Debit oder Kreditkarte abgebucht (100 PLN). Die Karten müssen nur von MasterCard sein, da Ich nur Maestro besitze haben wir mit meiner Frau ganz viele unangenehmlichkeiten während des Check-in gehabt, weil könnten wir uns nicht anmelden nach einer langen Reise (Bargeld Kaution war nicht möglich). Das Problem ist, dass das nirgendwo ermittelt wurde. Weder in der Buchungsbestätigung noch in Expedia App. Zum Glück habe Ich Freunde in Warschau die mir die Karte leihen könnten. In einem anderen Fall müsste Ich mit meiner Schwangerefrau auf der Straße bleiben. Wäre es nicht nicht die beste Idee ;)

It is one of my best apartments in warsaw Very good location , big rooms This time have small issue with towles and bed mattress but the response from hotel staff was perfect and problem had been solved in 2-3 hours Recommended for all Expedia guest

Nice and warm.

Nice room in a nice environment. Only small issue is the fact that the reception is about 500mt away from the building and we would have appreciated to be taken to it other then just being given instructions on how to get there and a call us back if you find any issues.... Other than that (and several white stains on carpet in comunal areas) the place is nice, generally well kept and warm...

Location good. Paid for “superior apartment” but nothing particularly spectacular about the apartment. Had terrible duvet set which was unclean and also had a ‘protector’ on which felt like those you put on for a child who wets the bed.
