"Clean rooms and comfortable beds, the reason I’m docking a star is because the hotel advertised having transportation to and from Valencia but it was not actually available (uber/Bolt and taxis were difficult to get here) "

"Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. Rooms need to be updated and repaired due to small scuffings. Not the best I’ve stayed at. "

"It was great to use the gym at this hotel. A bit cold in winter to use the pool, but good to see that it was available to use."

"Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work."
