「This was a lovely place. The room was incredible, it was so large with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our welcome was warm and friendly, and enjoyed sharing stories with the marvellous French-Canadian owner.」

Onze kamer was netjes doch de badkamer vergt hier en daar wat onderhoud. Het ligt op loopafstand 5 min van het strand en 20 minuutjes lopen naar het oude gezellige stadscentrum van Malia. 「Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, amazing view from the solarium terrace across the bay to Spinalonga, only tiny niggle which is out of the control of Naiades was the roof tops with satellite and air-con units below us. Would highly recommend. 」

「Given its proximity to the beachfront one would expect the Kastro apartments to be a lot more expensive yet they remain cheaply priced and fairly well looked after. Much of the bar, restaurant and rooftop terrace are new and the friendly and helpful staff really make it a highly recommended from me. The finishing touch was giving me a place to safely store my valuables so I could go have fun before my flight 5 hours later then even offering me a shower despite having already checked out. 」

We arrived just before the beginning of the season and it was pretty dead to be honest which was really nice to spend the first few days to relax. We mainly stayed by the pool most days and was very well looked after by Claudia who is a real asset to the team. She’s relentless in making sure you are well looked after. 「Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old. Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. 」
