「What I like: Convenient locations, facilities, and airport shuttle service. Clean room and friendly staff.
Things that need improvement: They missed cleaning my room. They knocked on my door early in the morning by mistake. The room has poor soundproofing. I can hear the TV from the next room and any noise in the hallway.」
「The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.」
