The front desk person was great! We had to request a new room because the toilet in our room had dry urine drops and pubic hair it. Very gross. We were moved to a different room which was better. We can see that improvements are taking place. Parking was great.

Check in went great, Taylor was very professional, helpful and kind. He also helped us when the key stopped working and he happened to be on our floor, opened the door for us an brought back 2 new keys, that was going above and beyond and the reason I'm writing this review.
