"Beautifully renovated family room for 4 people, complete with 2 bathrooms! Excellent customer service, great price, and beautiful grounds! I don't have any complaints, but please know this property ha e a lot of stairs to the family room we stayed in and the bathrooms are open or partially open. "The building was of a good standard but the hotel lacked the friendly approach to their guests. On arrival at 16.30 we found the door locked and had to wait for it to be opened. The hotel listed a restaurant but no evening meal was available. There was no information on times of breakfast or restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is in a beautiful location the hotel totally lacked character. "
