「The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. 「Hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Guests are requested to smoke either on ground level outside the hotel or on top floor where there is an open area. However it appears this restriction does not apply to some in Management who use room 610 for their smoking breaks. The whole 6th floor stinks like a chimney.」
