We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). "Good value for the money. Location is nice, quiet and quite scenic, right next to a large karst rock formation. It is somewhat remote and requires a car to get around, since the path to town is a kilometer or so of highway and not really safe for walking. Staff was very helpful. The lodge house was clean and cozy, but the mattress was hard and the bathroom was in the old asian style, where the whole room is the shower and both sink and shower run into the same drain in the floor with no...

"A very noisy family above us, l would of thought the night staff would of sorted them out, when my partner went to speak to the night staff she was told that they paid a lot off money for their room,so basically they could do as they please. She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room Not that we wanted to move that time of the morning"
