「Lovely location by the sea, quiet neighborhood, super friendly owners, great breakfast. Thank you!」

「It's a beautiful property with nice rooms. The only downside was that there are no umbrellas or shade really at all to be had at the pool. It was a shame as it was very warm and it would have been nice to spend longer at the pool, but it wasn't really possible without damaging my skin.」

「This was a check-in disaster. Staff promised to pick me up with shuttle, which did not happen. Called the hotel more than a dozen times and either no one picked up or they put me on hold and then was disconnected. Had to walk in 100 degree temperatures to get to the hotel and was not happy, but when I arrived staff was brusque and unhelpful. Add to this, when I finally got to my room, the AC was broken!」

「I requested a room with a walk in shower. I did not request an accessible room. I arrived quite late in the evening. My room was on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!) I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for...

「En famille, nous n’avons pas apprécié notre court séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès la réservation, nous avons rencontré des problèmes de communication avec le personnel, notamment des réponses incomplètes à nos messages concernant la navette. La chambre n’était pas propre : lavabo bouché, papier toilette taché, insectes morts collés aux portes et aux murs, mauvaise aération. J’ai d’ailleurs pris des photos à titre de preuve.
