「Loved our stay, we arrived very early & were allowed into our room after a brief wait and a complementary coffee in the wonderfully relaxing garden. I see other people saying the hotel is a bit far from the city but in our experience it was great with the excellent public transport service available we were in the city centre in under 25 mins. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly, when back in Lyon we’d definitely stay again. 」

「1. L'ascenseur de l'hôtel est vieux, pandent l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte sont très bruyantes. 2. Pas de prise de recharge de type usb ou autre au chevet du lit. 3. Le jambon du petit-déjeuner sentait comme s'il était resté longtemps. Les crêpes étaient sèches.」

「Séjour très agréable ! Philippe est un hôte très attentif. Le logement est assez calme, bien entretenu et très propre. Je n’avais pas prévu de loger dans une chambre d’hôtes pour ce déplacement professionnel, et finalement j’ai passé un séjour beaucoup moins impersonnel que dans un hôtel, et ce pour un prix imbattable. Le seul petit défaut, s’il faut en trouver un, est que la salle de bain est partagée et qu’il peut y avoir un bouchon le matin pour aller se brosser les dents ! 」

「Due to a trade show in the LDLC Arena (walking distance) I found this hotel. Probably much busier when larger trade shows and soccer matches are happening but it still had a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area. Room was very nice too. Sorry I could not stay longer, but duty calls me elsewhere.... 」

「We stayed 2 nights Crowne Plaza Lyon - Cite Internationale, overall experience was excellent. The rooms are new/in great condition, beds are big comfy, the staff are also very friendly and helpful. There's also a very big park nearby. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit further away from the town center. We took a bus to and from the town center, and it was around a 15-20 min ride. You can also choose to cycle into town since there is a bike rental system near the hotel.」

「This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again. 」

「The 5 stars are for the property itself. It has many amenities with a special shoutout to the restaurant which serves good food with an extensive menu. This is really designed for business travel. The tourist attractions were a taxi ride away.」
