Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. "We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Saint Alban! The property and the grounds are first class. The room was beautiful with a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. Great location in the center of a charming village. Free, secure parking. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant serves delicious diners five nights a week.
