「Afric Hotel is well located with the casbah and metro in walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful and speaks English. For Algiers it might be your best budget option near the casbah, but in Algeria it was my most expensive accommodation and the rooms and breakfast were the most basic/outdated. The rooms really need some love and attention. Expect a small bathroom where everything will get wet when you shower. There is no lift so if you happen to stay on the 5th or 6th floor,...
