"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "

"The riad was very beautiful, the room was spacious. I’d suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner. Staff were amazing very kind and helpful. It’s is very close to the blue gate and museum. Lots of food options."

"Riad Mazar Fes is an oasis of calm and incredible beauty. The owner Hamid and staff were so kind and welcoming, giving us a tour of the exquisite palace (that’s honestly what it feels like) upon arrival, serving us delicious mint tea and breakfasts, and making helpful recommendations. We also dined in the Riad our first night and it was the best meal we’d had in Morocco. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and quiet and every bit as beautifully, intricately decorated as the courtyards. We loved waking up in the mornings to the gentle sounds of water in the fountain in the courtyard below. I don’t know if the photos of this place could ever do justice to how beautiful it is. Thank you to everyone at Riad Mazar for your genuine kindness and hospitality. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Belle expérience et surtout un excellent service. On a adoré le contact direct avec Samir et son équipe. Ils nous ont suggéré des chauffeurs de confiance pour les déplacements plus loin de la medina. Les petits déjeuners généreux valent 5 étoiles, et n’hésitez pas à prendre le dîner sur place : ça s’est révélé notre meilleure repas traditionnel marocain le mercredi soir. Bonus : bières et vin qu’on peut commander et aller savourer sur la terrasse du toit. La suite est très grande et la petite véranda est super sympa. Par contre, bcp de tissus de type tapis et brocard dans la pièce qui peut s’avérer incommodant pour les allergies. "
