Location was near family and there are Lots of dining options in the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our Room was quiet and spacious. The pool was a big hit with our family. Breakfast was great with lots of options and they changed daily.

Checking in was fine. Got to the room to find there was no remote for the tv. Called down and they brought one up, when we went to use it it didnt work for that tv. Called down again and was told “they’ll see what they can do because people keep stealing them.” I told him that’s not my problem, we paid for a room and I expect all the services with it or another room. About 10 minutes later a new remote was brought up and that one was fine. The next morning at around 9:40, my daughter was getting dressed and a staff member tapped on the door with a clip board and then proceeded to open it without waiting for a response. Why she was there when my check out time was not until 12 is beyond me. When I reported this at check out, the lady acted like she didn’t know who I was talking about. I will be reporting this to their corporate office, because that was completely unacceptable. I always stay at Hyatts but unfortunately this will be my last time.

We had a very nice stay, staff was amazing and nice. Smiles everywhere you turn. The only thing I would remark about is the parking lot lights are so bright there could be seen under our black out curtains. I guess it's important to have a well lit parking lot though too.

I was super Impressed with the front desk customer service and this hotel. All inclusive breakfast was great quality. The indoor pool was so much fun for our 4 year old. The hotel was spacious and had all we needed. Parking was close to the front door. We travelled from Ottawa Ontario and were happy to find this hotel nestled beside shopping centres and dining. Also we ubered dinner to our hotel room. We had a great experience thanks to the staff.

First of all you have to pay $9 per day for parking which is ridiculous - I would understand requiring to register your vehicle or pay if you are not staying, but not to charge everyone. In addition, the entrance road to the hotel is in horrible condition full of potholes and in ill repair.

Good but problems
Front desk staff is friendly, breakfast is good. But when there was an issue late at night with finding a big in the couch, bed bug, they moved us rooms. Which I wasn't comfortable with but no other option it was too late to find some place else. When I spoke with the manager it was said that because I accepted a different room there was no compensation available. Even tho our only other option was to sleep in our car

We started to have a nice stay, my kids loved the pool. We had to pay for parking at the property but it's listed free in the booking details so that was odd and then in the morning the continental breakfast was an absolute circus, my 3 littles, 3,3&4 were nearly trampled by the highschool sports team that was also staying at the hotel.. I was extremely upset, unable to eat myself, as I was just trying to safely get my kids out of the chaos as fast as possible. I'm extremely displeased with how our stay ended and am shocked at the behavior of these kids. Wouldn't stay again due to the location and likelyhood of more traveling sports teams also being there. It's was way too chaotic, there should be designated rooms for large groups like that.

We do note any perceived discrepancy regarding the parking and it's clarified in our hotel policies. We'd like to note though that our parking charges have been posted on our website since before September and this has been implemented since September.We also understand how breakfast could have been overwhelming with a busy lobby filled with guests. Also, we do apologize for the sports team. It's unfortunate and we make efforts to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, including providing designated areas for large groups when possible.We trust this was an isolated incident. Unfortunately the first night we killed 2 roaches in the hallway, the second night we returned tomorrow room to get cleaned up and ready for be and one of fresh towels had pubic hair all over it

Beware of parking fees
The hotel is very nice as well as amenities. The only negative is the parking. The facility is behind a shopping center, but they charge you $15 to park in the hotel parking lot. It is strange because you are not in an urban location. So, if you are comparison pricing with other hotels, make sure to add in the parking fee. My husband just parked in the shopping center parking lot because he refused to pay for parking.
