Like? None! This GSR checked me in room 131. I used my key but it didnt work. I came back and told GSR that key did not work and i asked him to change my room instead cause i saw a lot of people hanging around in front of my room. Fixing their cars but the GSR insisted that he fixed the key and told me to go back so i did. Second time i went again to room 131 and did not work again. So i went back again and told GSR still not working and i told him to move me to a different room even non smoking. He gave me again a key for room 131 and he told me to meet the maintenance guy in 131. No maintenance there so i asked the housekeepers to help me get the maintenance cause my key doesnt work for the 4th time. Maintenance came, he open the door with his key and it opened. He told me nothing was wrong. I told him to use my key and he did. Did not work again. He told me to tell front desk that my key is not working. I told him i did told GSR that my key did not work for numerous times and i told GSR to CHANGE my room more than once. GSR finally changed my room to 122. He did not even apologize to me for sending me back and forth to room 131. What happened to Hospitality? To OTHER GSR'S, Please do not copy that bad service from him. That is a Big NO NO!
