"On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast facilities were excellent they had a buffet for cereals, pastures, toast and fruit. Hot breakfast was served by staff. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel. "

"Staff very helpful, breakfast good, amenities for children good. Slightly dated decor in bedrooms but very clean . Food not wonderful, I would expect better for a Fairmont but an amazing setting and overall great for a family/ golf. "
