We had the first room on the bottom level, nice big lovely room, toiletries and tea/coffee provided, but very very noisy. Paper cups were a bit rubbish too. We stayed one night but was accidently charged for two days parking, this is currently still pending and the lady at the front desk acknowledged it was a mistake so said she took it off, fingers crossed it will clear off and I wont have to apply for a refund.

We like the location but when we wanted to order food there were no menus in the room. Went to bar ordered took way longer than expected and overpriced. Same thing with breakfast took way longer than expected. Hostess gave us 1/2 off due to the long wait

The facilities were nice and. The location was great as super walkable and on the beach. Service was great from valet and front desk. The only draw backs for us were noise and the beds. Beds were too soft and I woke up to a sore lower back each morning. And the noise was pretty bad. We were in bottom room with window to driveway so had traffic noise and voices from guests and valet late into the nights. We could also hear the music from the bar across the street and what sounded like little kids running around the room on the floor above us early in the morning. Also woke to sound of the garbage trucks early in the morning one morning. I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that the rooftop bar was very nice to hang out on though the drinks were okay. And valet was a little pricey but only real option. But overall, we got a really good price on our stay and would probably stay here again.

I love staying here. I usually get an ocean front room overlooking the parking lot and pier. Everything is walking distance. My travel buddy made several calls to the front desk to ask about internet service and they were very patient with her and sent up help to try to hook up the fire Stick. Will definitely stay here again.

I actually had a respiratory attack due to something in the sheets or the soaps. I couldn’t breathe and we had to leave. The hotel said they will refund us. Can you ensure i get refunded

The room was great. The only down side was the room was supposed to jave a view from the balcony. The view was obstructed and the only good view was the street and trash cans.

Live ant trail in the shower. The rooms fire alarm went off three separate times throughout the night starting around 4 AM. Alarm woke me up each time and no reason why it was going off. Staff just removed it from my bedroom and could not go back to sleep.

Everything started out great, but then checkout happened. We needed to make multiple trips to the car. We got most stuff out on the first trip. By the time we got to the room again our stuff was gone! It turned out house keeping took all of the rest of our stuff. We weren't even checked out! They had taken out a camera, tripod, wine, and other things. We were a hour ahead of schedule with checkout so we were shocked our stuff was taken. We had NOT checked out yet prior to our stuff being taken. We went to the front desk and asked them and they eventually got some of our stuff back. Then we realized some boots and other stuff was still missing. It probably took about 40 minutes to make sure everything was accounted for. I'm hoping we got everything, but I honestly don't know. It seems like house keeping spread out our stuff they took between multiple carts so it took a while to get it all back.The front desk was rude and didn't want to help us get our stuff back. The valet is great, the guys are wonderful! The room was nice, but no microwave which was odd. Pismo is obviously beautiful and it's in a great location! Never planning on going back to this hotel checkout was a nightmare and I'm worried we lost stuff. When we did get our stuff back some of it was in trash bags. I'm so grateful we were still there to make sure everything was accounted for. Our things were being taken/stolen before we had even left which was disappointing.
