Poor communication for check in process. Information regarding check in should be relayed at time of booking! It is not acceptable to receive emails a day or two before arrival. Most are already on their journey and too many assumptions are made that travelers will meet this rigid, self-serving establishment. If you are a hotel or B&B, you provide a service at all times, not when it suits your lazy, half effort to provide a service. When we arrived, no one to be seen, and another guest came at the same time with no information regarding check in as well. We had to find a local to call this group and get the information needed to enter and do their job! Very unprofessional and lacking courtesy to customers. No regard to normal customer service practices and very little work ethic in any standard of hospitality! It is a shock this establishment can operate in this manner, let alone exist! Poor breakfast, room good, and everything else not up to basic standards. We recommend to all, never to stay here regardless of cost or for your personal well being. Overall, a disgrace!
