Large room in great location
Central location, large room, free tea and coffee facilities. The only problem is that the sound travels across walls and the corridor. You have to hope for quiet fellow guests. Would definitely return.

The bathroom was the best I've ever been to when I had to use a shared bathroom. The window of the room opened into a light shaft only and there was no carpet, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of sockets, table big enough for eating or working but sadly just one chair in a double room. Tee and coffee and cappuccino provided and a small fridge for the food, which was really useful. I could never imagine such a clean fridge of common / shared use. Helpful information and luggage storage for free. Definitely would recommend.

The property is in a perfect location. Right by the river front, with lots of restaurants and food options within minutes. The train station is a simple 15 minute walk from the room and 15 minutes from Pisa tower. The airport is also a 30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone. It was very secure and safe and check in and check out was easy. If I would suggest one thing it would be that the cleaners start early so if you enjoy a few drinks late at night, be prepared to wake up early. Other than that, it was perfect.

The walls on the hotel are made of cardboard we couldn’t sleep you can hear absolutely everything if you’re on a budget go for it but be ready to be awakened several times.

Tutto perfetto di nuovo!
This place is very good for a short stay in Pisa - just what I needed. I had stayed here a few weeks before and I came back for a night before my flight. My room was so nice - a a view of the river. Lovely! I was very happy! I will come back again! Grazie!

Great b&b in Pisa - all you need!
Very nice stay here. My room was very comfortable and it was better than I was expecting - thank you! The coffee and tea making area was very handy as well. The location is excellent and there is a great pizzeria nearby too, and the cinema was near which was great as I went to see a special film during my stay. I will be back. Grazie!

Good stay, cheap price!
The apartment is nice and well mantained, the room was very big, more than expected and there was a double bed. At arrivel, the host offers juice and a bottle of water, coffee is also free! I enjoyed overall my stay, would be better if the rooms and corridor were more quiet but this doesn't depend on the host...The price is very cheap!

Good hotel, clear instructions as to how to get in. I managed to lose the instructions so had to call them up and they replied instantly. Great customer service. Lovely room with a balcony. Only issue was the bed - we had requested two singles but we had a double. Wasn’t the end of the world and still very happy with our stay.

Amazing value for money and great location
Value for money is amazing and brilliant location near the leaning tower, the station and bars and restaurants. I paid double the price for other hotels in Pisa that weren’t close to as good as this, great value for money and the air con was fab. Would definitely stay again here. Highly recommend if you are willing to share a bathroom - which by the way was also spotless.

this hotel is amazing value for money! We thought it would be hostel like, but we thought wrong, this felt private and comfortable and the balcony was brilliant! Coffee is available for free and the shared bathroom is not a problem because there’s 3 of them and they’re all really clean! Room size is amazing, bed is comfy and staff are great when they’re there! When you arrive, approaching the property makes you think it’s going to be dodgy, however, being inside this place makes you feel safe and secure. The location is perfect and a great stop off point. Right near some amazing restaurants and only 10 minute walk to central station or the leaning tower! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place any better because for the price of this hotel it’s a bargain for somewhere that should have more exposure! We loved it here and would stay again if we revisit Pisa!

You & me is located in a very convenient part of town, it's only a 15 minutes walk from the train station and just slightly more from the leaning tower. There are many, shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. The place was well kept and clean and the self check-in was very easy. I had a room on the side of the building that is facing the street and the river. While the view was very scenic, especially at sunset, it was fairly noisy until late at night. I would stay here again in the future if in Pisa, but I would probably ask for a room on the other side of the building

Only one of two bath rooms has the bath. The light is too dark, should have white neon light. It would be nice if hotel provided a pair of slipper. The view is good and very private.

I went there just to sleep and I left my luggage throughout the next day. Also, I prefer locker rooms instead of a public accessible luggage storage. Their system does not include humans to minimize costs. This is good in one perspective. However, at some situations, when I was in doubt about how to do a specific task, I wish to receive some help from a human.

An Absolute Disgrace!
Poor communication for check in process. Information regarding check in should be relayed at time of booking! It is not acceptable to receive emails a day or two before arrival. Most are already on their journey and too many assumptions are made that travelers will meet this rigid, self-serving establishment. If you are a hotel or B&B, you provide a service at all times, not when it suits your lazy, half effort to provide a service. When we arrived, no one to be seen, and another guest came at the same time with no information regarding check in as well. We had to find a local to call this group and get the information needed to enter and do their job! Very unprofessional and lacking courtesy to customers. No regard to normal customer service practices and very little work ethic in any standard of hospitality! It is a shock this establishment can operate in this manner, let alone exist! Poor breakfast, room good, and everything else not up to basic standards. We recommend to all, never to stay here regardless of cost or for your personal well being. Overall, a disgrace!

Great if you want cheap and cheerful. Stayed for 1 night for a quick stopover and it was fine. Plenty of 'shared bathrooms' so not a problem sharing, although they did smell quite badly of mould.
