「Had a lovely few days stay」

「Excellent service and very friendly I couldn’t praise them enough it seemed like nothing was too much trouble from 4/5 staff I dealt with My only reservation is the close town all seemed to shut down at 18.30 which was a shame but not the hotels fault My compliments to all staff」

「This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. 「The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com.
