「Its a contactless hotel meaming you get an entry code around an hour prior to arrival. We didn't get this and despite using contact details for the hotel we got no response. When we contacted hotels.com they managed to get us sorted and someone contacted us and apologised. I admit we got a free suite upgrade, however when we went to leave our room the keypad lock wouldn't stop the door from just opening so in theory anyone could walk in. 「Great location for visiting beautiful countryside, especially the coastal road to Turnberry. Perfect location for golf at Troon, Prestwick and Turnberry. Property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.」
