「Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you」

「Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning. Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken. To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa. It seems like there is no...
