「Had to find a last minute hotel due to a sailing ban from high winds causing our ferry to be canceled. Booked this hotel through expedia and realized on the way over to the hotel that I had to message for check-in instructions. When I messaged asking for the check-in instructions, I instead got no response and an e-mail about processing a refund for the property. This left me stranded with no hotel in an area that had no hotels left due to the sailing ban and everyone else booking the remain...
