「Our first night was rough. Our air conditioner did not work even when they gave a batteries for the thermostat. After no sleep, they gave us a different room the next night.」

「The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

「I thought check in was quick and easy but when I asked about the closet entrance to our room the response was next to the pool. Great but where’s the pool This was our first time to this brand hotel so saying by the pool meant nothing. Also housekeeping came in and took our towels and left clean bed sheets on the unmade bed. Are we to change the sheets ourselves???? Yes the happy hour is nice but not sure if that makes the up for not having the feeling of being welcomed」
