「Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.」

「I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check in to check out. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and made me feel at home. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire property and the attention to detail...

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

「The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

「Always have a wonderful time when I stay at a drury hotel. I’ve been to two now in different states and they always are a wonderful time! The complimentary dinner and breakfast is always on point and the drinks are always a plus! I recommend anyone to stay here」
