「Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view. The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc. A couple of things to keep in mind. 「The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...
