"My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any Expedia upgrades or VIP 'freebies'."

"Staff brilliant. Room brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay, and made good use of most of the facilities. Lots of variety in the buffet restaurant. If you’re looking for a retreat then this is great, and would look forward to another visit. Hotel location may not suit everyone as it’s more than a short walk to the seafront. Not such a big issue for me as I felt that the seafront area was in need of a major upgrade - feels like it’s from a bygone era, so chose not to go there after the first...

"Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve come across. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. Views are stunning. -Travel is easy to and from the hotel. -Very convenient location. All the rooms are sea view. -There’s a supermarket in the hotel (slightly overpriced but not much worse than surrounding shops). -Food options would be nicer if they catered to halal food but no complaints! Definitely recommend."

"This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas. "
